Your preferences

Your preferences are yours alone. They follow you to any device you sign in on, and they change nothing for the rest of the board. Every role has them.

StepsTick steps off as you go

  1. Open Your preferences

    Choose your avatar at the bottom of the icon rail, then Your preferences. Admins can also choose Settings, then Your preferences.

  2. Choose the movement

    Under Rail icons, tick or untick Animate icons on hover. When it is ticked, each icon in the rail plays one small movement when you point at it. Your device's reduced-motion setting still turns the movement off.

  3. Choose the colour

    Under Icon colour on hover, pick Off, Flash, Hold or Linger. Flash gives a quick tint as the icon moves, Hold keeps it coloured while you point at it, and Linger does the same and then fades slowly. The colour works whether or not the movement is on.

  4. Check that it saved

    The change applies at once and the page says Saved. Open another page to see it in the rail.

Who sees it

Only you. A choice you make here does not change what anyone else sees.
